We all have voices in our heads telling us helpful and unhelpful things at helpful and unhelpful times. One of mine is Perfectionism and she carries a whip. When I write a song I’m really proud of, those rare times when I’m surprised it even came from me at all it’s so perfectly stated or set to music, my Lady in Leather shows up to say I’ll likely never write a song this good again.
